Cons: The address of the Palermo city location is the address of the office, not the actual spot where tha cars are parked. The office location is in the centre and is very hard to find, and both Google maps and Waze were taking us into impassable streets. Choose Palermo port location if you can.

The system is efficient, giving us a yellow sign when it was almost our turn. Drop-off was smooth as well, taking just 5 minutes.

Cons: The agents in Palermo City (Via Stabile 6A) were the ones closest to us when the car broke down due to engine failure (heavy loss of cooling water/overheating) and during the emergency period, not only did they keep telling us what their closing time was, they didn't make any effort to help us resolve the issue. They asked to block 960€ for the substitute car even though I've already paid 650€ for the first car... Even then, they weren't able to let me see clearly where or why I had to pay this.

Upon collection of the car (in which we were late collecting due to a flight delay that was completely out of our control), we were appalled by the treatment we received from the agents. He was rude, aggressive & made us feel very aggravated and upset over the way we were treated. He was no way helpful and threatened to call the police when we asked a question about additional fees. It was also extremely hard to contact them.

For this reason as per to date they have not yet returned to me the 800Euro deposit on my Credit Card. Cons: The car I received was not what I was expecting. When I made the reservation it said that I would get a Peugeot 208 or similar but I got a Lancia Ypsilon. The Lancia is a smaller and much more underpowered car than the Peugeot. Also the Lancia doesn't appear on the website in the car fleet list. And the price was very high.
