Pros: Representative was lovely, personable, helpful, very kind and very good service.
Cons: Our requested car / type was not available. We specifically chose this company because they had a convertible, and the convertible was not available. We had to get a different car and then return to the airport a few days later to pick up the right car.

Pros: The car was clean. The people at the drop off garage (NOT with Sicily by car) were helpful.
Cons: We could not access the online check in and we were growled at for being "late" due to our flight arriving late. Rudeness. They kept the deposit for 5 DAYS after the return of the car. The car didn't even have ANY charging points for phone.

Pros: Efficient pick up and return
Cons: The car condition was not so great. When driving at 110+ km/h speed, there was a noticable vibration, probably due to improper wheel balancing, which could be a serious safety issue. Gearbox was not working smoothly.

Mileage policy
For rentals of 1–26 days, mileage is unlimited.
For rentals lasting 27 to 45 days, mileage is limited to 2500 km per month. Mileage is limited, there will be a surcharge for each additional km.

Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 23.

The driver license must be written in Latin alphabet.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country.
