Pros: I was lucky to arrive at the counter 20 minutes before opening, so I was the first one in the queue. Otherwise, it would have taken more time to get the car.

Cons: The car was not well cleaned. The windshield was very dirty, and the interior needs some more attention.

Pros: We received fast and good service. At pick up we were upgraded with much better car for the same price!

Cons: Overall we thought was a bit expensive. I can't find anywhere the information what the deadline for the deposit return is. It has to be very clear in the contract and terms and conditions.

Cons: The agent doesn't check the car with the drivers, so there's no official testimony of what is the state of the car. If something happen, it's word against word. I think they should do a proper check of the car with the clients, to make sure everyone agrees and avoid any problem at the checkout.

Cons: The car was filthy inside. We had to stop & buy Windex & paper towels & clean the inside of the window to see out. The gas tank was on 3/4 but we were told it's full. There were 4 unreported scratches. We took pictures of everything. We returned it with a full tank. I am owed at least $25 euros in extra gas I had to put in to return with full gas tank. We pointed this ALL out to the attendant who shrugged & told us to take pictures.

We fotographed everything and had no problems when delivering the car. All the damages were previously known (according to the damage report I received later per E-mail), so we also did not have to pay for any previous damage. Still...it would be nice to have this information in paper when we were checking for damages

Discover Cars was very fast in responding and assured they would follow up if needed. So far (2 weeks later), I haven't had an issue. The person at drop off was super efficient and I didn't experience any issue other than that.

I called every "Sicily by Car" service number and nvere recieved a human response. I emailed "Sicily by Car" several times and never recieved a responce. Consequently I do not trust "Sicily by Car" agency.

Sicily car told me that in case of any damage, the car is covered by their insurance although i booked the car full coverage by your web site. Cons: The agent told me that there was no marks or scrapes on the car, but upon picking up the car there was a number of marks and scrapes - when I bought the car back to the car park, there was no attendant in the car park. I walked to the terminal to give the keys back (which was fine) but the agent asked me to sign the section which says "didn't wait for the car park attendant" (or similar) which I queried and said I wasn't happy to sign. I had to walk back to the car park (not far) to sort!

So to rent the car it was $90 then with all the additional insurance you have to get its $200 more.
