Cons: Everything especially the girl at the reception where I was supposed to collect my car. In the end I did not collect my car and had to hire another car from another company

Pros: Whole process was as agreed.

Cons: Very very long waiting line. We spent two hours before reaching the counter. Unacceptable! The car was not clean and dented all over.

Pros: Nothing good on vehicle pickup. Vehicle drop-off was great with a helpful guy and quick and easy drop.

Cons: Not good. Exceedingly unhelpful agent. Nobody showed us to car. No instruction on how to use (electric) refuelling card - we were lost! Very poor customer service.

Pros: Very quick, friendly and the shocking part. for me, was when I was told, straight away, that we are being upgraded with no extra charge. Wow.

Cons: Well I have to say, service was second to none. Very easy, after my documents was taken, all went smoothly.

Cons: Hard to find both desk and pick up area. The outdoor area was badly sign posted and not very well lit. Pick up rep quite rude and abrupt.

Cons: We were told that we needed to pay their insurance of 19 euro a day or pay a couple of thousand on a credit card as a deposit. We were also told that the insurance we purchased through you would not cover the damage adequately. Absolutely dreadful!

Cons: It's a nightmare to get cars in and out of their area also the car we had was covered in dents and the carpet in the foot well had a big hole in it. I have not had a problem before and it may be due to a shortage of cars and being able to get new ones.

Cons: Hired an electric car but no one explained how to charge it or where to charge it. But if an event the first time in pouring rain!

Cons: £50 extra charge after 11pm, no one at desk when we got there, poor signs to car, no one to check vehicle with and no one to take us to it.. poor return for £50..!

Pros: The agents for this company were very helpful. One of them went out of his way to walk us to the car, which was very nice.

Cons: Be aware that waits to pick up the car can be very long. Smart customers will sprint to the car desk after their flight ends and be at the head of the line.

Cons: Huge queues at the rental office. Staff were not very friendly especially when we found the car. Car was scratched all over. No water in the windscreen washers. Gearstick cover was loose. Car rattled very badly.

Cons: The selling of extra insurance..I realize it’s part of their job but..when they mention they do not recognize previously bought insurance , it gets confusing.

Cons: I have paid double full insurance, when you pick up the car you are so pressured to take out insurance again. Because of this I paid hundreds of euros twice.

Pros: It was easy, the people were helpful and friendly and I liked the car. Enjoyed driving the Fiat Panda which I have been told by friends is almost the national car of Italy.

Cons: Car park is far from rental desk, return queue is too long and inefficient

Cons: They simply handed over the keys. No explanation about the car was given so had to work out the controls by ourselves.

Cons: Did not know I was getting an electric car. Spent alot of time figuring out how the charging works and many charging stations had issues(did not work; wrong adapter) and the the time to charge.

Pros: Registering to pick up the car in Brindisi was a complete hassle- very, very long wait to get to the desk agent , the room was extremely hot, the agents were VERY slow!

Pros: They didn’t have electric as we had booked so they upgraded us and the car was brand new so we were happy.

Cons: Price was too high for the size of car we were booking and number of days.
