Pros: The women who helped us at car pickup in Syracuse were so professional, gracious and amiable, answered all our questions, and put us at ease.
Cons: It wasn’t clear that gas was not available near airport. We had to leave for gas and come back. Also, finding car drop-off at airport was difficult w/google directions. The wrong address was given. We found it eventually. However, the people at airport who assisted us were very helpful with our difficulty. We appreciate the very good customer service.

Mileage policy
For rentals of 1–26 days, mileage is unlimited.
For rentals lasting 27 to 45 days, mileage is limited to 2500 km per month. Mileage is limited, there will be a surcharge for each additional km.

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 23.
Maximum rental age is 80 years.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
The driver license must be written in Latin alphabet.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country.

Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
