Pros: Overall a good experience. Fairly new car in great condition.
Cons: Roma Termini drop off location is incorrect on Google maps and I was given an old pamphlet of the drop off location from the Milan car office. Why have they not bothered to update this simple but very annoying and stressful point?

Pros: There was no charge for electricity.
Cons: The actual range of a full battery was twice shorter than indicated even without using AC, which left us in a very uncomfortable situation without any fast charging stations nearby. The customer service did not care much about our situation, gave mixed answers and charged extra for the time we spent trying to get back to Milan.

Mileage policy
For rentals of 1–26 days, mileage is unlimited.
For rentals lasting 27 to 45 days, mileage is limited to 2500 km per month. Mileage is limited, there will be a surcharge for each additional km.
