Cons: Horrible representative. Very very pushy with the excess insurance trying to get us to buy more even though we had top cover through you. It was boarding on hostile when we said no several times. Also we booked a Mercedes 9 seater. The representative told us we could not have this vehicle unless we paid more for our hire as it wasn't included.. Even after we showed our booking which clearly stated the Mercedes vehicle as the one we had booked. Gave up in the end. Really angry and upset with sixt

Rental Conditions

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Mileage: 2100 km per rental, Loss Damage Waiver (damage deductible: € 1200.00), Third Party Liability (TPL), Premium Location fee, Free modifications, State Tax.
Rate excludes
The following mandatory surcharge(s) will be applied: Premium Location surcharge.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 24.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): Switzerland, United Kingdom, EU.
All non-EU residents staying in the EU for longer than 6 months must present a driving licence from an EU country.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license.
