Cons: I didn’t find them genuine. Tried to ‘upgrade’ me to a car that was clearly not the standard or spec I had booked because they didn’t have mine in (apparently) only after an hour of debating this with them did the vehicle I actually book become available (and a trip to the car park to point out the cars they said weren’t there were in fact there). Felt as though they were trying to scam me so they could rent the vehicle I booked out again.

Cons: I was charged for title and tire insurance even though I told the representative at the car pick-up that I already have one. All the emails I sent and explained that it was a mistake and I don't need to get double insurance didn't help.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Loss Damage Waiver (damage deductible: € 850.00), Third Party Liability (TPL), State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 22.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
For vehicles in groups Compact, Intermediate, Fullsize a driver license issued at least 2 years ago is required. For vehicles in groups Standard, Luxury, Premium, Special a driver license issued at least 3 years ago is required.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): EU.
Licences issued in China are not accepted.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
