Pros: Very helpful staff at the rental desk.
Cons: Long delay at the rental desk due to computer glitch. Direction for the garage given by the desk staff was very poor. Returning the car was also difficult as their was no sign for rental car return location.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Loss Damage Waiver (damage deductible: € 940.00), Winter package, Third Party Liability (TPL), Premium Location fee, Vehicle registration fee, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
For vehicles in groups Special a driver license valid for at least 5 years is required.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the Geneva / Vienna Convention on Road Traffic (e.g., China), an official translation of the license in the following language(s): English, together with the original license, must be presented.
Driver licenses from the following country(ies): China will be accepted only if the translation is approved by the Consulate or Embassy.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher. Only physical driver's licenses are accepted (not digital versions).

A deposit will be charged on the renter's credit card through the end of the rental period.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
When rental period exceeding 20 days, the deposit will be charged at the beginning of the rental.

By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 01.11 to 31.03. Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
