Cons: Car came with a nail in the tyre. We were Glgetting bounced around three different call centres trying to get it fixed or a replacement. Ended up having to take it to Tyrepower myself due to no response. Manager of depot apologised the next day but didn't offer any remediation beyond sorry, we will pay the Tyrepower cost.

Cons: The car provided was less than what was described/expected. We didn't know where to go after landing to find the rental desk (we had to ask the information)

Pros: The reps were very courteous and helpful but the late night pick up one was under a lot of pressure. The BYD was a lovely car to drive but it was a bit restricted north of Perth and if we hadn't had access to a domestic supply it would have been useless.

Cons: The pick up time was a problem due to our flight arrival time. The rep was under pressure because it was nearly midnight and she still had another customer to deal with. Another point is that I would advise people who are touring WA not to hire an electric vehicle.

Cons: The agent was not very discretionary in terms of allowing me to get an extra time returning the car as we would be arriving slightly later than the allocated time of return due to be driving from farther away. I was only given an hour otherwise I was warned that I will be charged for a day's rent if I exceeded the 1 hour allowance. Not very understanding.

Pros: The guy checking out was very helpful and changed cars when the original car supplied was not suitable I was very happy with the car and the pick up experience.

Cons: When I received my invoice I have been charged for an extra day. I thought the return time was 9.30 and return it exactly on time as I believed but had accidentally misread the form and it should have been 8.30am the return agent never mentioned this to me just charged for a full 24hours. I will never book with them again I realise I wad as fault but they could have given some leeway.

Cons: I ordered a Pajero or equivalent. I got a larger LDV 7 seater diesel. It was way bigger than I required and made city driving in a strange city difficult. Diesel also very rough on open road. So I wasn't completely satisfied even though a large family may well have appreciated the upgrade.

Pros: The last agent was helpful when we returned the car, he inspected it with us and assured us that everything was fine. It was also easy to locate the car park location.

Cons: It would have been best if an agent followed us to the car and demonstrate to us that they too have inspected the condition of the car and provide evidence to prove its initial condition. I was worried of additional surcharges and blame of damaged car areas when its not our fault upon returning the car. Having an agent mark the condition of the car with us will assure us that the company is aware of the initial car condition.

The worst is when we communicate with Discover Cars, was told my booking is considered no show and I have to go down to the airport SIXT to see weather they still have a car for me!
