Innsbruck Airport. Please leave the terminal to the main exit and follow the pedestrian way to the car park. You will find our Sixt/Flizzr branch on the right hand side on the ground floor.
Drop-off instructions
Passenger cars: Please drive into the parking garage of the airport to parking area A. Please follow the blue signs "Car rental return" and park the Sixt/Flizzr vehicle on one of our designated parking lots. Vans/trucks: Please park the Sixt/Flizzr van/lorry at the outdoor parking lot from where you originally took it. You will receive a chip when entering the parking lot, please return it together with the key at the Sixt branch or leave it inside the Sixt vehicle. If you have rented the vehicle from another Sixt station, please leave the car at the first parking space on the right side, when you are driving towards the airport.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Loss Damage Waiver (damage deductible: € 950.00), Winter tires, Contract fee, Third Party Liability (TPL), Road tax, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

For vehicles in groups Economy, Compact, Standard, Intermediate, Minivan, Fullsize a driver license issued at least 2 years ago is required.
For vehicles in groups Luxury, Premium, SUVs, Special a driver license issued at least 3 years ago is required.
Driver licenses from non-EU countries (except Switzerland) are accepted if no visa has been entered in the passport.
All non-EU residents staying in the EU for longer than 6 months must present a driving licence from an EU country.
Licences issued in Cameroon, China, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Kosovo, Libya, Nepal, Nicaragua, Sudan, Tanzania, Yemen, Afganistan, Indonesia, Bolivia, Tonga, Solomon Islands, Somalia, Burundi, Taiwan are not accepted.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license. For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license.
Learner's permits are not accepted; a full driver's license is required.
Only physical driver's licenses are accepted (not digital versions).
In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.

By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 01.11 to 15.04. Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
