Pros: Appreciated they were flexible when I lost my credit card that I'd used to make the reservation, so they were able to accept a different one
Cons: The rep wasnt there when we arrived so we were able to call and they came right away. It's a small airport so I understand.

Pros: Location of office right outside Svolvaer airport and Maja,, the representative took time to explain how a fully electric car works as we have never driven this type of car before.
Cons: When we dropped off the car on Tuesday around 10:50 am before our flight , there was no one in the office. While there was as key drop off slot, I was not comfortable doing it as I expected to have someone there at the office and wanted to let them know there was no windshield washer fluid in the car and we had to stop on the side of the road to clean the windshield which was very unsafe!

Cons: The representative ignored the refundable security deposit of 9618.89 NOK that I paid on booking the car, saying that it is a matter between you Discover Cars and myself. Now that the car is returned, will you kindly advised when the deposit is to be refunded please.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 860.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Free modifications, State Tax.
Rate excludes
An E-toll charge will apply; personal consumption will be charged separately at the end of the rental period.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 23.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
For vehicles in groups Premium a driver license issued at least 5 years ago is required.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the Geneva / Vienna Convention on Road Traffic (e.g., China), an official translation of the license in the following language(s): English, together with the original license, must be presented.
In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.

At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
