Cons: they canceled my reservation for a 9-seater pick up saying there was no availability and then, instead of offering me an upgrade, they forced me to take 2 sedans. but the most scandalous thing happened at the retreat. on the site I was not allowed to purchase the option with more km and via telephone and email I was told that I could purchase it on site. false! all of this was not allowed to me and I had to pay for every single km traveled!

Pros: They agree to wait longer than grace period when my flight delay

Cons: Tı pick up the car after waiting for more than 30 mins they told there is a problem in the system and we need to go to terminal 5. They packed 9 (nine) customers and more than 9 baggages into a 7 seat car ( with driver we were ten) and went to t5, driving 10+ minutes. Spent another 30 mins there to pick the car. It unbelieveable.

Cons: long wait for the papaerwork and getting the car, but the car had warning lights come up for tire air pressure and windshield wiper fluid. After a few days tried using windshield wiper fluid - none !

Cons: Really hard to find at RUH Airport. Description says to go to Terminal 2, there is no SIXT anymore, from there they sent us to Terminal 3, but that’s just the drop off. One guy had to drive us to Terminal 5 where we actually got the car. And then the car’s air conditioning didn’t work, which I realized only next day and had to drive back to exchange the car. That went smoothly. I didn’t have an issue while returning but instead of a full tank, they wanted me to return the car with same range.

Cons: Relocated the pick up point which is so difficult to find. Too long to process the paperwork. Not able to speak to anyone from sixt on either of the phone numbers or email, when I needed to extend the booking. T

Cons: People are playing around with your order. I am working on a complain to them. I rented cars from Sixt on regular base, but this was the last time. The Saudi branches are very bad. I like to explain this in a separate mail. Holiday trip was spoiled by not suplpy the correct car. Dispite having top insurance I had to pay cash directly to Sixt because of dammaged windscreen .

Cons: I paid for you extra for full coverage, but when I received the car the Sixt agent told that the full coverage is not paid , I showed him the e mail confirmation but he said that it is not paid and in case anything happens o should go back to you to receive the insurance
