Cons: He’s not available at the desk on arrival, leg between Discovery and sixth didn’t seem to communicate what sort of car was required. They had to go get it off lot all in all took an hour

Pros: Absolutely nothing

Cons: The attendant was absolutely unapologetic about the fact that his system wasn't working. He suggested it would be better for me to get a taxi and come back tomorrow. The taxi to the hotel was over 40 km away and it was well after midnight at this point! He was smirking at the fact I couldn't pick my car up from him, didn't care about it and didn't try and help me in any way.

Pros: The time and the procedure was fine!

Cons: It was bad experience that first time i step to the Sixt ‘s desk and ask for car they said that no economy cars available and just 3x more expensive car have! I asked them for wifi to check , they DIDNT help ( definietly say some rude words on arabic languages and tried to cheat me! ) 10 minutes later when i got Wifi other place and made a car reservation on internet, i asked the same guy at the same desk with big smile on my face and showed him the reservation number for an economy car!

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Mileage: 1250 km per rental, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 540.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), State Tax.
Rate excludes
The following surcharges may apply: Accident Administration fee, Administrative fee.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) national licences are acceptable if drivers are holding a GCC passport. GCC countries are as follows: Oman, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates. Drivers from other countries must have a valid International Driving Permit plus their own national licence. A national or International Driving Permit alone is not acceptable.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher. Driver's licenses must be valid for at least 6 months after the rental period.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
Cross-border policy
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Only residents of Saudi Arabia are allowed the possibility of a cross-border rental.
Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, United Arab Emirates.
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.
Written permission from the rental company is required.

Details are available from the car rental company's reservation office. In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age).

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.

Alternatively, the renter may purchase a tank full of fuel at the time of rental and return the tank empty.
In no case will a refund be given for unused fuel.
Details are available from the car rental company's reservation office.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
