Pros: It was terrible, they did not have the extras included in the booking, I paid extra for an upgrade and was presented with a car that had a cracked windscreen and no winter tires.
Cons: The customer representative was rude and extremely undermining. They don't know their own cars and the car I received had a message for an overdue service within a few miles of driving. Never again.
Pros: pick up was very easy
Cons: The return was to the Central Station office which was a total disaster. Not friendly, not helpful. we had real problems because my arms arm was broken and we had to leave early. So in fact we would prefer to leave the car at arlanda. But because of the guy at the central station sixt office, we could not charge the car to go to the airport. We asked him to please call a cab for us. He just gave the number of a non-english speaking taxi and watched us struggle. He explicitly refused to help.
Pros: The free upgrade, to a high end car for our trip.
Cons: The fuel tank wasn't filled to max. It appeared at the refuel at the end of our trip that we could ad substantial more fuel compared to the start. We started our trip with approximately 860 km's to go and a full refuel provides a range of more than 1.000 km's.... The board computer of the car mentioned a low oil level, that should be taken care off before handing over the carkeys...
Pros: Best experience, so far! Very friendly and helpful, also funny :-) As my exact pick wasn't available, they offered actually better car with same price.
Pros: I was 45 min later en must tu pay € 70 extra

A Young driver fee is not applied.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
For vehicles in groups Compact, Standard, Luxury, Intermediate, Premium, Fullsize, Cabrios, Special a driver license issued at least 2 years ago is required.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the Geneva / Vienna Convention on Road Traffic (e.g., China), an official translation of the license in the following language(s): English, together with the original license, must be presented.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher. Customers are only allowed to rent only if they agree to a credit check and their credit score is satisfactory.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
If the customer takes the following extra equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Roof rack, Ski rack, Winter tires, Wi-Fi, then an additional amount of deposit will be held on their credit card.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: Eurocard, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
The following payment methods are accepted: Airplus.
All credit cards must be capable of the following: PIN verification; cards without this capability will not be accepted.
Visa Electron, Cash, Debit cards, Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.
For the Economy, Compact, Mini, Standard, Luxury, Intermediate, Minivan, Premium, Fullsize, Economy Elite, Compact Elite, Compact Special, SUVs, Cabrios car group, a minimum of two credit cards issued on the main driver's name are required.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.
Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Denmark, Finland, Norway.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
During winter season (from 01.12 until 31.03) Winter tires are included in price.
Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.

Diesel vehicles are available for an additional charge.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
