Pros: Incredibly poor customer service from SIXT. Rude member of staff at desk. GPS didn't work. Was refused a refund. Totally indifferent to the inconvenience and extra cost. Was not fazed at all when I said I would be complaining. I would not recommend SIXT. Go with a different company.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Loss Damage Waiver (damage deductible: € 1200.00), Third Party Liability (TPL), Vehicle registration fee, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.
There is no maximum age.

Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.

At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
