Pros: easy drop off service, unlimited miles, and kind agent.
Cons: Extraneous fees not disclosed when I made my reservation. I ended up paying about $100 more unexpectedly. There was an additional fee for some insurance I did not want (I had said, no addition, just the required basic) as well as the cost of adding an additional driver.

Cons: Even with a reservation, there were no cars available when I arrived. I was given another larger vehicle within a 30 min wait though.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Loss Damage Waiver (with zero deductible), Third Party Liability (TPL), Premium Location fee, Road tax, Vehicle registration fee, State Tax, Customer Facility Charge (CFC).
Rate excludes
The following surcharges may apply: Recovery Fee, Facility Charge, Vehicle License Fee, Energy Surcharge, Tourism levy.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
