Pros: friendly representatives
Cons: car battery died on me,the hood release was disconnected. Service sent a "repair man" after 3 hours who had not been told what the issue was. He was not able to help so they had me take a taxi to their closest rental office 50 minutes away.

Pros: The people in the office were great - business like and friendly.
Cons: Finding the actual office at Sarei Israel 15 took some time as it is upstairs from the corner entry on Jaffa Street. They had to deal with a reservation system that had software problems so had to start my new rental from scratch.

Mileage policy
Mileage is limited, there will be a surcharge for each additional km.
For rentals lasting from 1 days to 2 days, mileage is limited to 250 km per day.
For rentals lasting from 3 days to 28 days, mileage is limited to 4000 km per rental.
For rentals lasting from 1 days to 2 days, mileage is limited to 250 km per day.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.

If the customer takes the following extra equipment: GPS Navigation system, Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), then an additional amount of deposit will be held on their credit card.
Young drivers are subject to a higher deductible/excess.
