Pros: The customer service staff at the front desk tried to be helpful.
Cons: Overcharged initially (refund has been issued). Did not have the car I had booked - I was given a smaller car and had to return the next day to pick up the correct car. Car had an offensive smell. Multiple phone calls required to sort out the refund which was promised.

Pros: Personable and quick.
Cons: The car had quite a few scratches already, which were never really discussed, but also never discussed at drop-off. They could be a bit more up-front a out the condition of the car, and should ideally fix the scratches, so that the current driver doesnt have to worry about these scratches being an issue or fear these being attributed to the current driver.
