Pros: The service provided was good. The knowledge of the assistant was good and gave me good advice about driving in Dubai.
Cons: There was only one operator when I picked the car up so I had to wait 40 minutes while the customer in front of me was sorted out. I have kids so during this time the kids became very unsteady and did not want to hang around.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Loss Damage Waiver (damage deductible: ~€ 775.00), Third Party Liability (TPL), Premium Location fee, Free modifications, State Tax.

An E-Toll is offered in order to avoid violation fees.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

For vehicles in groups Luxury, Special a driver license issued at least 5 years ago is required.
