Pick-up instructions
After baggage claim, turn left inside the terminal and walk towards the pharmacy. - Continue straight ahead until you see Exit A07. - Go through Exit A07 to step outside. - Once outside, just a few meters to your left, you will see the E07 bus stop. It is a 5 minutes way to the bus stop, in total 350m walking distance. - SIXT shuttle bus will pick you up here and departs every 20 minutes. It takes only 5 minutes from the airport to the SIXT branch, which is 2,3km away. If the shuttle isn't there when you arrive, don't worry - it will arrive shortly!

Pros: Virginia was excellent, welcoming us at the desk and offering different options for cars, too, we felt relaxed and like everything was an option instead of a must-have and Viktoriya was amazingly fast at drop-off and very friendly with us. Both were fantastic women!

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Loss Damage Waiver (damage deductible: € 1200.00), Third Party Liability (TPL), Premium Location fee, Free modifications, State Tax.
Rate excludes
The following mandatory surcharge(s) will be applied: Premium Location surcharge.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 24.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): Switzerland, United Kingdom, EU. All non-EU residents staying in the EU for longer than 6 months must present a driving licence from an EU country.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license.
Learner's permits are not accepted; a full driver's license is required.
Only physical driver's licenses are accepted (not digital versions).
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
If the customer takes the following extra equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Ski rack, Snow chains, then an additional amount of deposit will be held on their credit card.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.

Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
