Pros: Pricing and ease of drop off
Cons: Long line to pick up the car. Was able to skip some of it with an online process but that still took 10-15 mins to complete. Car was relatively new but lots of dents and scratches which took time to document with a representstive. We alao had to wait 15-20 mins for the shuttle from the terminal. All the people who helped us along the way were great, but it was tine consuming.

Pros: Excelent price, excelent service picking-up the car and dropping it. Easy, pleasant and quick. Chrysler Pacifica was a great car with great comfort and lots of space.
Cons: The car should be more tuned-up, knowing that was for a 19 days trip to cover a long distance, as explained in the pick-up act. It had low tyres pressure, we need to add coolant during the trip and steering was slight miss-align. Windscreen was not cleaned on the inside.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Loss Damage Waiver (with zero deductible), Third Party Liability (TPL), Premium Location fee, Road tax, Vehicle registration fee, Free modifications, State Tax, Customer Facility Charge (CFC).

The following surcharges may apply: Recovery Fee, Facility Charge, Vehicle License Fee, Energy Surcharge, Tourism levy.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.

At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.

All credit cards must be capable of the CHIP and PIN verification; cards without this capability will not be accepted.
