Pros: The agents were all very pleasant and very helpful, the car was exactly as expected and clean, worked perfectly.
Cons: As with all the other car rentals in Saint Denis - the car rental offices are away from the airport at the end of the car park. This means you come off your plane with all your luggage and you have to lug it all up a hill about +300m to get to the offices. Other airports I've used have either been closer on site or a shuttle bus takes you there. Up hill, with luggage in in the heat is not acceptable. But this is not just SIXT - it's every car hire company on the site.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
For vehicles in groups Standard, Intermediate, Fullsize a driver license issued at least 3 years ago is required.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the Geneva / Vienna Convention on Road Traffic (e.g., China), an official translation of the license in the following language(s): English, together with the original license, must be presented.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
If the customer takes the following extra equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Ski rack, Snow chains, Winter tires, Baby Stroller, then an additional amount of deposit will be held on their credit card.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.

Payment policy
