Cons: The car broke down. It took a long time for the service representatives to answer and for a taxi to return us. The replacement car also had a problem so they gave us a smaller car and charged us for the fuel that was missing in the car that broke down instead of giving compensation for half a day's trip that was wasted.

Pros: Friendly. They were flexible when my flight was cancelled and when I asked to return the car 2 hours later than my original quote (It was still in the same day period).

Cons: They did try to upsell me. The car itself I believe had an issue. I stalled on my a few times after starting and the engine would hesitate when starting off. I suggested a tuneup to the person when I returned the car.

Cons: The rental line moved terribly slow. It's likely that it was the customers' fault for this, but we were in line (of only 5 customer groups deep) for over an hour. Once we got our keys, we were out of there quickly. There was also a lack of cars with automatic transmission. As so, the 4-day rental carried a hefty price tag. I rented an automatic in the Algarve a week earlier for more than 1/2 of what I paid here.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1450.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Free modifications, State Tax, Surcharges.
Rate excludes
An E-Toll is offered in order to avoid violation fees.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 31.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Driver licenses from non-EU countries (except Switzerland) are accepted if no visa has been entered in the passport.
All non-EU residents staying in the EU for longer than 6 months must present a driving licence from an EU country.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
Cross-border policy
It is forbidden to cross country borders.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Alternatively, the renter may purchase a tank full of fuel at the time of rental and return the tank empty.
In no case will a refund be given for unused fuel.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 59 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
