Pros: I received a different car than the one reserved and totally different, not even similar. the car had problems. it was accelerating and making strange noises when braking. the agent lied to me that in 2-3 days he would change my car because it was going to be serviced, but this did not happen. I am totally disappointed with the services provided by you. the meetings with the agent for picking up and handing over the car were difficult with big losses of time and it took a long time to prepare

Pros: The drop off was smooth and fast and it was a really good car
Cons: fuel was not full as specified on the voucher only 3 bars I had to pay the Airport fee, it was very small but never had to do this at any rented car before

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Additional driver, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 600.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications, Delivery fee.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
