Cons: Old car provided, AC not working to full capacity. Many issues with the car but also one of the staff was very rude, bald male.

Pros: car interior was very dirty there was also a fault - when you put the vehicle in reverse the bright white gps screen was activated making it difficult to see tgr rear mirrors in the dark

Cons: As we come to Chania many times a year it would be good to have some sort of loyalty program, instead of continually trying to get a fair price with multiple companies

Pros: Surprice is a budget rental service. I booked out of high season, the car was ready to go including the requested gps. Easy and friendly return policy, I didn't hvae the feeling I had to double check everything. Transparant, easy, no hastle.

Cons: As it's a budget rental, please be aware these are not the newest cars.

Pros: Just great service. They helped out when our creditcard had gone over the cards limit. Only had to pay 10 € in order to use our debit card.

Cons: It is not that we disliked the service or the car, but if we've to mention something - the car had big and small scratches on all 4 sides.

Cons: When trying to hand the vehicle back they purposely kept us waiting and found a mark on the vehicle which was definitely there before. When picking the vehicle up we even questioned this particular mark and his reply was don’t worry small marks are okay. They kept us waiting and made me pay £180 before taking us to the airport. After reading the reviews about this place I wish I had read them before our trip. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from a company

Pros: The very kind guy at the drop-off, that after leaving us at the airport and getting back to the office, came back to the airport just to bring us a mobile phone that we forgot inside the car. Very appreciated.

Cons: It was very hard to find the Surprice rental car pickup and drop off location. The local address is Chania wasn’t listed on any of the rental car paperwork. We spent a lot of time walking around at pickup looking for the shuttle van and driving around at drop off looking for the location.

Cons: Only 1 person to process my order so it took a long time as there was a person in front of me. The car itself was old and poor condition.

Pros: I was met at the airport with a friendly chauffeur who drove me to the pick up point, and the car was easy to access even though our plane was very late.

Cons: When I arrived they told me that I had to get in the minibus alone as there was only space for one person. I did not feel safe as a female getting in a random bus alone without my partner and he couldn't go as I was the driver. They then made us walk on a dirt track for 10 minutes wheeling 3 suitcases which broke my large suitcase wheel. They gave us the car & luckily had photos and when we returned he tried to say we scratched it and needed to pay. This was a lie as we had photo proof.

Cons: The latest models are on the site. what I got was a Kia Rio, about 12 years old. The car was in poor condition with various defects.

Pros: Nothing apart from they changed my first car without fuss.

Cons: Had to wait nearly 45mins to be picked up from airport to get the car. Then had to wait for 4 other clients to have their cars sorted out, paid for out of office hours why? First car was dirty inside with stains, doors creaked, clutch seemed to be going. Had to change the first car, second car was better but trim inside broken near driver seat, wiper blades were useless didn't clean windscreen at all.
