Pros: Bilen var udmærket næsten ny men allerede med mange skrammer

Cons: Surprice har ikke kontor i lufthavnen, hverken inde eller ude, så vi måtte spørge et af de andre selskaber, som fortalte at vi skulle ringe til dem, og så ville de komme og afhente os, for at køre ud for at hente bilen.

Pros: quick and easy picup and drop off of the car at the final place, nice car, best price offer that time, nice staff

Cons: Some problem with finding the place, at the order we had the information that office is in the terminal but it was not, almost nobody at the aiport knew where is the pickup place for this company, after calling we got information about 5 min to pick up but we had to all again and wait for 30 min. Rental is working until 8 pm , after this time You have to pay additionally 60 euros. I understand that Zadar is rather small aiport but a lot of people were flying until 12 pm.

Cons: The Adresse of the rental agency is a lia, because you have to call them to pick you up and by return we did not find the company, because the adress on their papers is a privat home of soneone and not the bussiness adress.

Cons: After our flight was delayed for over 4 hours we were told our car hire had been cancelled and I would need to make a new reservation.Even though we had emailed you to alert you of our delay. From €750 we had agreed to pay my new price was £1150. I asked to cancel the rental,of which the assistant called her boss and told me we could have the same car at the original price. This caused distress to my wife as it was dark and late.

Cons: Car was low on oil, had to buy oil myself. Car did not have any wiper fluid. It takes three weeks after returning the car for returning the deposit (even though the rental agent signed that I correctly and neatly returned the car). The fact that they try to rip me off with incorrect deposit amounts is enraging.

Pros: They could speak good English. No stress pick up of car.

Cons: They were away from office booth on both occasions and i didnt have a phone to call the number to find out why. As it happens they were only minutes away showing someone a car. But every other car hire co Ive ever used has someone showing cars and someone manning the office.

Rate excludes
The following surcharges may apply: Accident Administration fee, Toll pass / E-toll device.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 24.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 65.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.

In the event of damages to the car, without providing a police report, CDW and any other additional protection become voided.
The driver is fully responsible for the cost of the repairs for any damage to the mirrors, tires, undercarriage and all mechanical parts of the vehicle. This is not limited to the excess amount.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
The following credit cards issued on the main driver's name are accepted: Diners, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card. Any other cards or cash payments are not accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Cross-border policy
Crossing the country border or using a ferry (traveling to an island) is allowed.
Details are available from the car rental company's reservation office.

In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains, Wi-Fi.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Underage additional drivers are also subject to a young driver fee.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

All extras are available at the rental counter. Prices vary, depending on the rental period.

Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.
Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.11 to 15.04.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 120 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
