Pros: The car was nice and in good condition.
Cons: The pick-up guy had us waiting at the airport 17' even thought he had our flight information from beforehand, the car that we had agreed on from the online booking was for a Manual Transmission car, however the dealer told us that they "upgraded" for free with an automatic transmission car. Even though i had a short experience with AT car in the past, it was not what i wanted, but they told us that due to holidays shortages this was their only left option......

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 900.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Contract fee, Third Party Liability (TPL), Personal Accident Insurance, Airport surcharge, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 21.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
In the event of damages to the car, without providing a police report, CDW and any other additional protection become voided.

At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
