Pros: It's really hard to find them, the staff is extremely rude plus not organise, i pay for a Dacia Sandero economy class and receive small vw up for bigger car i need to pay extra... the car was old in extremely bad condition.... i receive the car dirty and with less than half fuel... plas they have a late pickup fees of 20euro ... are working only with cash... in my history of rental cars with more than 25 time's this is the only one company with extremely low-bad quality...

Cons: When you will search online for car rental this company is chipped but when you will pay late pickup and late dropoff is the expensive one.

Cons: - All the other car rental booths have their signs clearly showing the rental company. The Surprice sign is against the side wall inside the booth facing away from the direction that everyone would come from - They insisted that I should pay for the rental with cash. When I told them that I wanted to pay by credit card for the insurance, the agent showed me their system which said payment was in cash, and directed me to the ATM. He said if I didn't like that, I could cancel the booking. Fortunat

Pros: Had to wait for the man for a long time, no papers showing the car external condition, payment by cash only, disrespectful attitude

Cons: Had to return the first car since the engine had high temp(250,000 km!), waited 4 hours, second car the same problem - no antifreeze, not enough engine oil, no water in the wipes. Actually I didn't use the car as I planed and instead of a round trip along the country- stayed all week in one place. Had to take the car to a mechanic!! Had to hear that they charge me 20euro for not cleaning the car, never got back 51 euro that I paid for fuel with the first car("they had no cash")

Pros: The people at the counter were friendly and efficient and changed the car (the first one had a charger outlet that didn't work). Car was however really dirty which we realize in daylight (next day). It also had a broken front bumper (which we were told about). Most importantly we were a sold a rental of (brand new we were told) GPS, that didn't work in many many places, that created quite a problem for us (no data on our phones). As a result we were sidetracked and spent much extra time getting

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 650.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 66.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
The following credit cards issued on the main driver's name are accepted: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, Maestro credit card. Any other cards or cash payments are not accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Cross-border policy
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.

Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Kosovo, Montenegro, Serbia.

In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains, Wi-Fi.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

All extras are available at the rental counter. Prices vary, depending on the rental period.

During winter season (from 15.11 until 31.03) Winter package are included in price.
Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.
Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 120 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
