Cons: different car was given, even though the car reserved was there. they charged 1200 euro for safety deposit instead of the 900 listed on the agreement. car was not clean when we got it. they are claiming we returned the car dirty, even though we drove it through a carwash 6 minutes before returning it. they have not responded to our emails when reaching out to them.

Pros: Firstly, the company isn’t located where all the other car rental companies are. This was never outlined so we wasted lots of time searching endlessly. We called Suprice and they assured they’d send a car to shuttle us there which’d take 5 minutes. 15 minutes later, no sign. So we called again. The operator was short and rude and assured me that it’d be there in 5 minutes. Another 15 minutes later, it turned up. We arrived at Suprice with another couple who were also just as confused as us…

Cons: to where the company were based. Finally after standing around for another 15 minutes a staff member spoke to me. He asked for my credit card, I passed my Amex & he said he couldn’t take it.I asked to use my debit card & the price changed from £125 to £500+. I asked to use my partners credit card and he said this couldn’t be done.We asked if we could just set it up in her name and for myself to be a named driver and he was just extremely unhelpful. We decided to take our business elsewhere.

Cons: Prøvde å få ekstra forsikring, fikke en bil med mange skader. Jeg leverte plettfri bil tilbake så det er spenne nde å se når de 1200 eiro kommer på konto som var sikkerhetsbeløp.

Pros: It was relatively affordable, even with the added insurance.

Cons: It wasn't very clear what you had to do, and things I thought were prepaid you're having to pay for when you book. Also the cars instructions were all in Italian and there was no English instructions.

Pros: Agreed and paid for an Audi A3 or similar, fl insurance coverage before leaving UK. Got to Italy got the shuttle bus to where the genuine car rentals were situated. We rang the rental and they sent a van to pick us up and take us to a warehouse somewhere. Inside a dingy office were more disgruntled people comaining they were asked to pay alot more money for insurance and agreed car. I had my daughter and 3year old grandson with me, and was told our agreement wasn't worth anything.

Pros: Did not like any of it! Very frustrating starting off and ending.

Pros: The wait at SurPrice was ridiculous. Fourth in queue and first people left unhappy without a hire. Took an hour and a half to get to us by which point we were debating if it was still worth having the car as we only hired for a day. Guy at hire desk was very pushy in trying to sell insurance even though we booked with full cover.

Cons: Took far too long. Inefficient. Only one person on desk. No service at all.

Pros: they knew english well.

Cons: we didnt receive the 1200 eur deposit yet after ten days. also its huge deposit that doesn't make sense. I will never rent a car with you nor surprice.

Cons: We did not get the car type that we requested. The insurance cost is also astronomical. It quadrupled the cost of the rental. There are rental stickers all over every surface of the car which makes you more of a target for theft.

Pros: It was fast and efficient. They also gave us a bigger car when they realized what kind of luggage we were trying to fit into it! The rep prepared us well on how to take care of the car. We found that our friends who also rented from other companies paid more but were less informed about their vehicles.

Cons: We were a little worried after dropping off the car that so little official process was followed to confirm that the car was acceptable to return. Perhaps it was a cultural difference, but we were expecting more paperwork as reassurance that something wouldn't come back to bite us. That said, our worries were unfounded: there were no fees or other surprises!

Pros: Pick up and drop off process is easy and efficient

Cons: Location in Florence airport is far from the airport and I had to wait an hour for shuttle

Pros: The vehicle was fine.

Cons: The hard sell insurance. They said that in the event of an accident or theft I would have to pay the full amount of and claim, possibly thousands of pounds. They refused to accept that I already had a level of insurance cover or explain to me what the excess on that insurance was. I was forced to pay an additional £300 for insurance which made the whole hire costs much higher than I anticipated and an entire rip off.

Cons: I have two invoices on my credit card. One for the car without insurance (pending) and one with the insurance (posted). I cannot get the pending one without insurance removed by Discover Cars website and have not been able to talk to a real person to rectify the issue. I also felt scammed by the guys at Surprice.

Cons: Poor communication about how we were transported from the airport to the car rental.

Cons: They did not answer our calls when we had questions regarding which type of fuel we need to fill. Petrol or gas. And then they got mad at us and charged us a fee for not filling up the fuel before return.

Pros: Friendly staff, helpful, efficient. I had to wait a little bit as there were a few others in front of me. They worked efficiently and got me in as soon as possible.

Cons: I really didn’t have anything I didn’t like.

Cons: The pickup process took over an hour and forced us to miss an important appointment. The agent was dismissive at times. One person was running around trying to do everything at once. Bad systems and bad communication.
