Pros: Nothing. Felt ripped off from the start.

Cons: Would not release unless we took their extra insurance, told us that the insurance we bought from you wasn't valid in Turkey. Car was dirty on pick up, no fuel and car needed a service. We filled with fuel and only used 25% they told us on return that as we had left fuel they would not charge for cleaning!

Cons: Booked "Meet & Greet" & waited over 1.5 hours at the airport. Contacted Surprice and was told they would be there in 10 mins. Waited another 30 mins & no one came. We contacted DiscoverCars and said they would contact Surprice. No one came. Called them again and eventually Surprice called us to say walk out of the airport to the car hire spot 5 mins down the road. When we finally found them the guy said they don't do meet & greet anymore!? Also, the car was not what we booked & only 1/4 full

Pros: Surprice - Nothing Garenta (where we really got rented car) - absolutely satisfied

Cons: Booking from Surprice were forwarded to another company "Garenta" with other car pickup option - get car at the Garenta desk in airport building instead of "Meet & Greet" as was written in our booking voucher. Unfortunately we were not informed about this change and had a stressful situation at arrival and lost a lot of time while we were looking for the car.

Pros: Airport transfer

Cons: Nothing similar to Hyundai i20. It was a Turkish Renault Symbol. There was nobody waiting us at the airport and we had to call, make phone bill and then wait. The car was charged in Turkish liras - 600,which is more than the offered price + deposit. The car was provided empty fuel and its not possible to return it at same level. It was not clean and there were fingerprints on the inside part of the window.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1500.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Contract fee, Third Party Liability (TPL), Personal Accident Insurance, Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 73 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 65.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 3 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Local renters must pass a Findex credit check to pick up the car.
Customers are only allowed to rent only if they agree to a credit check and their credit score is satisfactory.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher, Country entry stamp that is not older than 6 months.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.

In the event of damages to the car, without providing a police report, CDW and any other additional protection become voided.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains, Wi-Fi.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Additional charges will be applied.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
In no case will a refund be given for unused fuel.
Additional information
The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.

Winter tires are recommended during the winter season but are not mandatory.
Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 90 minutes.
