Cons: Not easy to find the office even though it’s directly next to McDonalds this was not given in the info , far too long to pick up as only one person in office and she took ages to type all details which were already done prior to pick up

Pros: The agent from SurPrice was really efficient, the pick up and drop off the car were quick. All the impacts of the car were already registered on the report, so we just had to check during the pick up, and everything was fine.
