Pros: 1.REPRESENTATIVE WHO CAME TO DROP AND PICK UP THE CAR WERE PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL.
Cons: 1. CAR TIRES ARE WORN OUT 2.FRONT TYRES & REAR TYRES ARE OF DIFFERENT SIZES 3.BRAKE PADS WERE WORN OUT 4.BRAKES WERE NOT WORKING PROPERLY 5.THERE WERE LOTS OF SCRATCHES & DENTS IN THE CAR. 6.OVERALL I WAS SCARED TO DRIVE THIS CAR ALL ALONG AND QUITE DANGEROUS WHILE DRIVING IN HIGHWAY DUE TO BAD TYRES & WORN OUT BRAKES AS THESE ARE SERIOUS SAFETY ISSUES. LUCKILY NOTHING WENT FATAL.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 150.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Contract fee, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, State Tax.

Minimum rental age is 24 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.
Maximum rental age is 65 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
A novice driver fee will apply to drivers who have held their driver license for less than 1 years.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.

At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.

The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
