Cons: The office worker wanted to scam us since we stepped in the office with a 10€ fee for « last minute reservation » which was not mentioned in the website (and end up not paying it). Then he wanted 1100€ for the security deposit when in the contract was only 1000€. And finally we paid for the insurance for a much higher price. And finally we got the worst car to drive.

Although I had already purchased full insurance (147 EUR) through the booking platform prior to my arrival, I was pressured at pickup into buying another full insurance policy for 120 EUR, being told that the one I had already paid for was no longer valid. Pros: Fast service to get the car.

Cons: Car condition,. Car had been through a lot. Had marks from previous hits and one light bulb not working. Some internal knobs (mirror adjustment) were missing. Also, fuel policy was same-same instead of full-full, which is a bit more confusing. Lastly, when car was delivered, there was no receipt whatsoever that they actually delivered the car. I actually took a picture of it in their parking lot, to validate in case someone came and said "we didnt got the car back".

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 99 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 74.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): EU countries.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
Only physical driver's licenses are accepted (not digital versions).
In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Cross-border policy
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Information on the exact fee amount is available by request.

Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Montenegro, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain-Mainland, Sweden, United Kingdom, North Macedonia.
Mileage limitations will apply when the car is to be used for crossing country borders.

In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are not mandatory in Albania.
Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
