Cons: Mileage condition changed on purpose to get more money. Renral car was malfunctioned on the highway with dangerous. I had to bring it back to company with myself......

Cons: It would have helped if the information indicated that the rental office was in a hotel.
Pros: Service was good and had a great service. Was upgraded from a Toyota Rav 4 to a Ford F150 Pickup truck at no additional cost. Also liked the fact that no one tried to up sell us any extras.
Cons: Outside of the car was slightly dirty, but was a last minute upgrade so was rushed through preparation to save me waiting.

Rental Conditions

Mileage is limited to 200 km per day, with a maximum of 4000 km per month.
The cost for additional mileage (mileage extension) depends on the vehicle type.
Details are available at the car rental company's reservation office.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
Debit cards, Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Mileage limitations will apply when the car is to be used for crossing state borders.
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.
Written permission from the rental company is required.
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.

If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 120 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
