Pros: What service?
Cons: Late pick up (40mins), very restrictive hours for a service that most people would use for flights (unless you pay a 40 Euro out of hours drop off penalty) and nobody even turned up at the 8am opening time for the drop off meaning I was at risk of missing my flight. Awful.
Pros: everything was very smoth
Pros: The best company I ever used.
Pros: As always brilliant service, good car, easy pick up
Cons: Surprice doesn't have an office in Modlin Warsaw airport. I called 5 or 6 times to the agent but his phone was out of the service (I paid a rouming price for these calls) . I met the agent by chance and he said me doesn't know why his phone was out of the service. I asked him why he doesn't use WhatsApp but he didn't answer me. Totally picking up of the car took about 1 hour. The same problem was on a dropping of the car. I catched him by chance after my flight check-in.
