Cons: It was a nightmare finding the rental place. The address was not the right one. There is no Surprice at the port. We had to go through hoops and hassles to find it. I DON’T recommend this rental company.

Pros: Surprise called before the trip to confirm that the vehicle must be picked up from a location close to the airport and there is a shuttle service available. This has helped. The car collection and drop off experience was very good and straight forward.
Cons: It would have been better if we would have got better waiting experience for the shuttle (shaded area for waiting) as it was summer and we had to wait around 15 minutes for the shuttle to get us to the car collection point from the airport.
