Pros: Maybe the price... but also controversial

Cons: Minimal attention paid to your booking circumstanses and requests. E.g. I've booked a car with automatic transmission an got with manual and it was quite an issue to get what I've booked. Got Huyndai Accent 2011 in awful technical condition. It seems like the car's never seen a car service ever. A Malfunction Indicator Lamp is always on. Brake systems are nearly gone and the gear is clicking on the go. Got the car with an empty tank.Anyway there's not enough place to tell all about my expirience

Cons: A very old car with over 200,000 Miles, poor condition, smelt of cigarettes, seats full of old stains. Refused the first car they gave us, had to wait for another car which wasn't much different. Disappointed with the car and customer service.

Pros: Kindness at the time of car collection and explanations and fattem proposals. And ability to be available (even if not resolving) for any problems encountered during the rental. Award the goodwill of the office manager, then your employee.

Cons: The quality of the proposed car. Brakes at the limit of total wear (and I had to drive with some care for cornering, mountain and continuous descents), the quality of the car is certainly not kept in optimal conditions.
