Pros: I was been pushed to buy and extra car cover or insurance. As I have already paid for full extra cover by Discover cars. As I mentioned her few times, she was still pushing to buy cover from them and pay extra 95€ for cover. As I mentioned her I don’t want and then she got upset and her services went down like drastically. She just moved on and ask her colleague to serve us. This is not the right wast of giving customer service.
Cons: While returning car she said car not cleaned enough. I have mentioned her, if I knew we have to give car with valeting service. I would have. Upon returning car she said all ok nothing to pay. Later same day I have seen she charged me with valeting service. This is breaching of customer trust.
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: It was the worst experience in car rentals I got in the 30+ years I travel.
Pros: The depot is not at the airport which we knew. Shuttle pickup from airport to depot took ages. Car was fine except pretty filthy inside. Shuttle back to airport much quicker.
Pros: Fairly easy process despite pick up location difficult to find .
Cons: Pick up from airport on arrival was not clear where to go and difficult to understand what she was saying. Had to ask airport person to help. Also it was a public holiday and discover cars should have notified them and me. Apparently you did not answer the phone from Targetrent to say they would be closed. Fortunately she came for me and was not pleased.
Pros: Just price is good, everything else awful
Cons: At the pick up the guy asked me to check the car and make photos of any problems I find. Lucky for me I did it, because when I returned the car he "found" two invisible risks in the bodywork that were already there. If I didn't have taken the photos I would have to pay 100 euros.

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 75.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): EU countries.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
Only physical driver's licenses are accepted (not digital versions).
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, boarding pass.

When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 59 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 59 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
