Pros: Nothing - except they did send a mechanic to tighten the wheel nuts on the front wheels which were so loose you could turn by hand - thus stopping the front wheels falling off the car

Cons: I didn’t realize Discovercars was a broker and would not have used the service had I known. The website said we could pick the car at the airport but the actual rental company wasn’t located at the airport. Because we’d booked via Discovercars rather than direct the deposit was essentially the fee taken by Discovercars. So a separate service - not quite sure for what given nothing we booked and paid them for was actually delivered. Would not use again.

Pros: nothing

Cons: they cars are in a very bad condition. The first car stopped on the second day due to battery problem. They wanted to ask extra 200 Euros to help. I refused this finally I solved the problem. They changed the car which had different problems. Does not able to go straight and hardly turn on the engine. During the whole stay in Malta we were frightened about the car because we were with 2 small kids end the car was about to brake down in every minute

Pros: Absolutely nothing

Cons: Everything. Unhelpful, over an hour collecting the car, being given a car that was unroadworthy to the point of being dangerous and not doing anything until the next day. Being conned out of money. Having the replacement car which wasn’t much better, being damaged a day before taking it back to airport. As soon as we arrived the manager was waiting and came out and although he was at back of car he walked straight up to the front wing to the new damage. Clearly he knew it was there.
