Pros: They were fast and efficient, also very responsive to texts and calls.

Cons: They service was good, the car was kind of budget, so I didn't set to high of expectations. And the car they gave me easily met it. I would rather they didn't put their branding on the windscreen or be more discreet by placing it on the rear windscreen.

Pros: They were quick to send someone out when the third car broke down.

Cons: The company sent a mechanic to look at the original car who tried to tell me that this car was a hybrid electric car which is why it kept cutting out and that I shouldn't have the air conditioner on as it took too much power. He really tried to tell me I must try and keep this car. He did not want to replace it. I since found out that the battery needed replacing.

Cons: No problem with Taylor’s but your Discovery contract for full insurance not recognised by Taylors, so still had hassle of excess which was why I booked comp insurance which was not provided by Taylors

Pros: Good friendly service. The provider brought the car to the hotel and was fairly informal and easy going. A good choice of car (Suzuki - Jimny) which was really fun to drive an ideal for the hilly parts of Tobago.

Pros: the car was running and clean

Cons: there's no Taylor's office or desk at airport, I asked every where and to the tourist office too. Later I meet a young man near the tourist office with a card with my name that accompany us to the parking where a girl inside the car (it was all dark) that noted our data and i signed without check eventual car damages (if any)

Pros: The station wagon was very useful for us.

Cons: Pick up details not specified and dropping off instructions difficult to follow as there were no available parking spot at the airport to park the car. I wasted 30 minutes waiting for an available and almost did not get on my flight. An agent should have been available for the drop off.

Pros: Slight mix up on picking up car we’re we ended up at airport and car eventually came to hotel.

Cons: After initial mix up the owner turned up with car and paid for taxi from airport was genuinely very apologetic about mix up. And during are stay was very helpful if we needed any information

Rental Conditions

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Additional driver, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 25 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 70.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Insurance
A Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is not included in the rental price but is highly recommended. If the Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is declined, the client will be fully responsible for any damage to or loss of the vehicle.
Deposit and deductible policy
No deposit is required during the rental period.
Payment policy
At the time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental.
The following payment methods are accepted: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Additional drivers are allowed free of charge.
Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period is without limitations.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
