Pros: The check in and check out process was seamless. The staff were incredibly helpful and provided a lot of support to us in answering our questions. The shuttle was easy and staff helped with our luggage too. Great experience overall!

Pros: The service was truly outstanding. The staff took time to explain everything in detail, including the key traffic rules in South Korea, which I found incredibly helpful as a visitor. Communication was seamless—when I notified them via WhatsApp that I would be returning the car a bit later than planned, I received a quick response saying it was no issue at all. The return process was also impressively efficient, quick, and hassle-free. Overall, I’m beyond satisfied and would rent from them again

Cons: The website was not so nice for foreigners, because I couldn’t pay. So I had to use a third party service but that wasn’t available for that day. So, even though there were cars available we could only rent the next day

Pros: The workers were very helpful and friendly with the whole process because I didn’t do any research on my end and needed an international drivers permit. When in Jeju, I’d highly recommend renting a car over public transportation. Do yourself a favor and rent from The Safe Rent a Car

Pros: Tout était facile, la location sur internet avec Discovery mais aussi El le contact avec The Safe rent a car, nous avons reçu des informations claires et précises sur l’endroit où récupérer la voitures le shuttle nous attendait à l’endroit prévu avec mon nom sur une liste. La voiture se trouve à 5 minutes de l’aéroport. Le personnel tres agréable… Si vous êtes à Jeju. Je recommande.

Pros: They changed my dash to English for me from Korean and took my luggage out to the car and loaded it for me because it was raining and picked me up closer to the door in it.

Cons: During the collection of the car, it would help if the agent could highlight where to return the car and what the emergency contact number to call during unforeseen circumstamces.

Car seemed almost brand new, with in built gps which was easy to use, and many safety features ahd alerts which made driving very comfortable for ny family. Although i thought they open only at 8am, the business owner kindly informed me that they were able to take in returns at 0730. He even offered me a ride back when i was trying to book a kakao t during peak hour.

Cons: The contact number on the voucher was not in service.
