Cons: The salesperson at the desk convinced me to agree on returning the car with empty fuel tank while getting the car with a full tank. He claimed that it would be much easier for me instead of full to full policy. I mistakenly agreed. I think this is not fair and even not honest policy. This is a win-win for your company and always a loss for drivers. I complained upon returning the car (with 1/4 tank volume) and they agreed to reduce the payment but much less than I would have expected.

Cross-border policy
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.

The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Electric vehicles must be returned with the same battery charge they had when picked up to avoid additional charges (on a per kWh basis). An additional admin fee will be charged if a vehicle is returned with less than 20 % battery charge remaining.
