Pros: Reception in Sydney was fantastic even though we waited for a bit, staff member handled it so well. She's a credit to Company.
Cons: The car deodorant from cleaners was overpowering to a point we had to wind windows down often. Polestar/Volvo work hard to make interiors with allergy free materials to touch and smell, yet someone sprays hideous smelling fragrance in them. Yuk.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 3380.00 - € 5410.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Premium Location fee, Vehicle registration fee, Free modifications, State Tax.

Driver requirements

Drivers over the age of 75 must present a doctor's certificate of health.
UK customers must bring their DVLA check code along with their photo ID. This check code can be obtained from the DVLA website.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English. For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license. Only physical driver's licenses are accepted (not digital versions).

Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Alternatively, the renter may purchase a tank full of fuel at the time of rental and return the tank empty.

Additional information
In case of renting at the airport location, the customer must provide a valid flight number in order to make a reservation.

Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
