Pros: Nice clean car
Cons: Long time to pick up car, even though we checked in online. the representative never even came to check the car with us to show us all the important features. Very dark garage was extremely difficult to check the car properly for damage.

Pros: I called especially because i was picking up the car at 1:30 and a staffmember said they would be there for the pickup but it would cist 50 euro more since the service desk closed at 23:00. When i arrived 01:30( abit before that) there was no staffmember and only a automatic mashine that was not working properly. After much trying and phoning trying to scan the driverslicens a help in the call center helped me get the keys. I only resieved the proper code after the car was delivered to me.
Cons: The staff lied and the machine broken.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Renters from the following country(ies): China must provide the following documents: Hertz Certification form issued by Hertz China in order to collect the car. Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP). For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license. A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
