Cons: The company has to provide the car with possibly of buying the parking ticket for rental period for whole Dubai and Sharjah area as most of the trips are done in this area. As a rental customer I was not able to buy such parking allowance but as an owner they could have it. All in all this would be added value to rental service.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 780.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Rate excludes
If renter travels through a toll collection point, the renter’s credit card will be charged for the toll and an administration fee of 25 % per cross.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

Maximum rental age is 70 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): United Arab Emirates.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

Renters from the following country(ies): Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates must provide the following documents: valid driver license, ID card, credit card on a main drivers name, passport copy in order to collect the car.

In order to pick up the car, international renters must present the following documents: passport, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, proof of entry/exit into/out of the country, International Driving Permit (IDP), visitors visa.
Cross-border policy
Crossing country borders is allowed to the following country: Oman.
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Details are available from the car rental company's reservation office.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 59 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
