Pros: The price was appealing. Received the car I was expecting. Agent office in the terminal, no wandering around.

Cons: Very rude and aggressive staff at best. Very dismissive and threatening when it comes to ask questions related to the lease. The car itself had no issues and was properly maintained. Cleanliness was acceptable not professionally cleaned. So many extras to pay for minor things, such as traffic tickets or even relatively dirty car, I have never seen this before elsewhere.

Pros: I rented a car, but when I arrived, they wanted to give me older car with metal screw in the tire.. I asked to change the car for safety reason, but they refused.. when the agent talked to the manager, the manager was arrogent and said if I do not like what they offer, then I should go some where else.. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL..

Cons: They gave my car away after one hour. My flight and bags were late and I arrived to the desk at 5:15pm instead of 4pm. They gave my car away and could not provide me a replacement. Prices then jumped from jod 25 per day to jod 40 per day!

Cons: I had to wait from 11:30 pm when plane touched down (30 minutes delayed to begin with) until 2:10am for cars (three families waiting in foyer - others with small chdren) for the delivery of three cars so we could each begin our journey.....The desk associate simply could not gauge a delivery time and only suggest -- 'sorry, five minutes more'....eventually abandoning his desk until cars finally arrived at 2am....very poor preparation......two and a half hours + to drive away is unnaceptable!!

Cons: the rental agent has diposited extra money from my Visa and when i called them they agreed it was by mistake and it will be refunded. After i returned the car they started require me to consider this amount as dry clean for the car while i provided them with a video i captured for the car when i received it and the interior of the car was so derty

Cons: Not clean , old car nearly 150000 km. with a lot of scratches that it is impossible to count and mark. You have to take full insurance to have a piece of mind but they need police report even if you find a new damage in your car . Now imagine to try to contact police in Jordan.

Cons: Not committed to what they advertised, for example, they said fuel policy full to full, but the car was empty so on collection they said same to same! Also, when I booked it says, customer pays amount in USD at the office, but the payment was in Jordanian Dinar at their own exchange rate! And finally, they charge 10 JD to pay for a speed ticket, on the driver behalf, while the office next door charged me only 5 JD!

The manager at the front desk told me it will be around $50 -$70 max they ended up charging me around $140 … never again.

Cons: They didn't explain anything when the car was delivered. The car was a very old version, for example: no usb for music or maps, it was so old that it had still a CD player. It was not very stable at the time of driving faster. In terms of service, it is not the best, other companies take more time to explain you the small things you need to know about the car and the driving tips when driving in a different country.

Cons: The customer is asked to clean the car. This is not a standard practice in all the countries I've been to before. The customer is asked for a tip to the operator when he's just doing his job. The car return is chaotic and we weren't able to check the car together. An operator had to quickly take the car out and send us to the Office in the airport, just to avoid paying for the airport parking fee. A dedicated place for rental cars is super common on every other airport I've been to.

After we accidentaly locked car keys in the car, for door opening trying to charge for 197€ extra, but after discussion return all my deposit money back. After we come home, 3 days later company take from my card one more time this money. Still have problems with my bank and this company. Dont trust them!

Cons: Unfortunately the provided vehicle was not appropriate as a rental car. Was sorry, worn off paint, the odo was almost 100.000 Kms, making it very sluggish. The interior was very worn off. The back Cushion had what loooked like cigarette or ash burns. I was also made pay the one way delivery fee of close to $100, which I was made believe was already included in the original bill, because it said total!!
