Pros: Staff were polite. Car was really good and a newish model.
Cons: Thrifty are hard to find as they are Hertz and not advertised very well. We needed to extend our rental for another 13 days but they wouldn't or couldn't. Car was due to be sold because of pre damage to body but wouldn't sell to me Only sign a new contract which was much more than booking through you.

Cons: I had difficulties finding the Thrifty desk, nobody picked up the phone eventhough I dialed 15 times so there was no chance to get any help, also the airport personnel didn't have sufficient knowledge to help so essentially I ran through the airport with a child in the middle of the night searching for Thrifhty desk to pick up the keys. Additionally I'm not going to use DiscoverCars service anymore if I could simply book the car directly with thrifty for lower price.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1200.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Premium Location fee, Vehicle registration fee, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.

At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Alternatively, the renter may purchase a tank full of fuel at the time of rental and return the tank empty.
Electric vehicles must be returned with the same battery charge they had when picked up to avoid additional charges (on a per kWh basis). An additional admin fee will be charged if a vehicle is returned with less than 20 % battery charge remaining.
