Cons: Car had scratches which were not documented.

Pros: The pick up was straight forward and swift. Drop off was the same and dealt with a cool staff member!

Cons: Forced me to upgrade to a car I didn’t want, and didn’t order

Cons: They insisted on using a credit card not debit card. Whilst this was listed in the ts and cs, other companies use debit card with no problem. Efforts to add my wife as the main driver and use her credit card were refused as they only were interested in who made the original booking. It felt like they were trying to catch people out and I saw other customers arguing about similar situations

Cons: The agent was the worst human I have ever met. So unhelpful verging on rude.

Pros: Fairly efficient when we finally found it.

Cons: I paid and booked for an SUV but was given a compact car. The agent told me they are the same size. The discover cars instructions say the rental desk is in the terminal. We arrived at terminal 1 and there was no desk. Other rental companies told us we had to go to terminal 2, with all our bags and primary school aged children. At terminal 2 there is no desk, public information told us where to go, outside the terminal. This was stressful and added a long time to our trip.

Cons: 8 days later and I’m still waiting for my deposit of €1000 back. This really should be 3-5 working days max.

Cons: snuck extra fees onto our booking for an SUV booking orffered a Ford Focus - then charged to upgrade

Cons: Didn't state which terminal to collect from so wasted time trying to find it. Not great when my partner is disabled. Expected to take our own photos and do our own inspection of the car before taking it. Not ideal in the rain. Only one person available to deal with the returns

Cons: Drop off location was hard to get to in T2 and no desk in T1 at Barcelona

Pros: Mi marido no se acordaba del código de la tarjeta de crédito y cuando ya parecía que íbamos a perder la reserva vino otro trabajador y dijo que podía usar la tarjeta de crédito de forma manual, así que finalmente pudimos usar el coche.

Cons: Debido a un retraso en el vuelo no se pudo retirar el coche el día acordado, así que lo retiramos el día siguiente, pero nos cobraron todos los días completos y también el seguro que prácticamente nos obligaron a contratar, pese a haber contratado un seguro de cobertura total. Cuando nos dieron el contrato dijeron que el coche estaba en perfecto estado y cuando fuimos a retirarlo estaba lleno marcas fuera y dentro del coche. Cuando entregamos el coche el trabajador demoró en atendernos.

Pros: لI can't get to the building where they are When I arrived, the office was closed, knowing that I chose the pick-up and delivery times, and I was not contacted about the appointments. They do not work 24 hours.

Cons: Only thing I didnt like was I was prompted to get insurance prior to getting the car, only to discover it wasn't the insurance from fire fly. Not fire flys fault.

Cons: Formulier bij ophalen auto gaf aan geen schade. Dit was echter niet het geval. Het was echter geen probleem bij het retourneren van de auto. Dus eigenlijk geen probleem.

Cons: I wasn't aware thrifty was part of hertz, when collecting the car I couldn't find the Thrifty desk, It was by chance I saw the small thrifty logo in the hertz service desk

Cons: The car had a serious problem with the tyres and it started to vibrate at 90km/h

Cons: They made me pay for an other insurrance than the one provided by DiscoverCars

Pros: The lady that served us was very helpful and found a baby seat from another hire company (although we had prebooked this)

Cons: Hidden costs were really disappointing. The car had my husband as the named driver but I booked using my card in the UK but couldn’t complete the transaction in Spain which meant we had to pay an additional €150 which was really disappointing and we won’t be booking with Firefly again. Always hidden costs.

Pros: It's awful, I never will rent a car from this company again, staff didn't listen you and don't properly explain

Cons: We were given an unclean car not yet serviced, it was that or wait 2 hours past our booking time to collect a serviced car. The staff were rude and put the hard sell on insurance when we had booked full cover with discover cars. We found a scratch on the car on pick up and they were very reluctant to record it as existing even though they had just spent 20minutes telling us it would cost us hundreds of euros per scratch. Overall I would not reccomend Firefly.

Cons: The rental desk was said to be in the terminal building but it was very hard to find and it didn’t even work. The actual desk was outside, a few hundred meters away

Cons: I was charged for an order damage on the car. When I picked up the car it was dark and the video that I took it’s not showing anything. An old scratch was not where it should be on the paperwork. I explained that to the lady but she didn’t want to know. A pure rip off. Stay away from Firefly! SCAM

Firefly clearly have no interest in customer service, feedback or improvements...that says everything. I would intentionally avoid them in the future and would happily pay more for the same vehicle at a different company.
