Cons: -Rental agent had bad behaviour -I requested to provide a receipt from a nearby gas station during the car drop off procedure as proof of a full tank, but they didn't provide the same document to me. As a result, the tank I received wasn't full.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1200.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Premium Location fee, Vehicle registration fee, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license. A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.

At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Alternatively, the renter may purchase a tank full of fuel at the time of rental and return the tank empty.
Electric vehicles must be returned with the same battery charge they had when picked up to avoid additional charges (on a per kWh basis). An additional admin fee will be charged if a vehicle is returned with less than 20 % battery charge remaining.
